SPEECH/LANGUAGE PROGRAM PROGRAM PURPOSE:   To provide Speech/Language assessments for birth to 21 and subsequent services according to IDEA. PROGRAM GOALS:   To provide intervention to children who qualify for Speech/Language services according to state guidelines. PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: A child must qualify for Speech/Language services according to state and federal guidelines. DISTRICTS INVOLVED:   We have a ten-district consortium for Speech/Language funding.  This consortium includes all districts in the Mountain BOCES.
