How to Open these files These files are saved in Adobe Acrobat Reader format (pdf).  To open a file, save the form to your computer, open Acrobat Reader and then select File>Open and point to the file you just downloaded. If you double click on the file, it may open up correctly (or it may not and will look like gibberish).
